Keep your credentials secure. Do not share access or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account until you notify us of suspected compromise.
• You must provide accurate profile information and promptly update changes.
• We may suspend or revoke access for security, legal, or policy violations.

If you believe your account is compromised, change your password immediately and contact support through the Help section in your dashboard.

Course materials are licensed for personal learning. Public redistribution or resale is not permitted.

• Your license is non-transferable and limited to your personal, non-commercial educational use.
• You may not remove watermarks, DRM, or attribution notices from content.
• Instructors grant Newlane the right to host and deliver their content on our platform.

User submissions (e.g., forum posts, project files) remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and moderate such content strictly for platform operation.

Transparent pricing. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within the window described here.

• All prices and currencies are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
• Transactions are processed by PCI-compliant providers. We do not store raw card numbers.
• Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account suspension.

If a course is materially misrepresented or becomes unavailable, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit at our discretion.

Use the platform respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or disruptive activity.

• No reverse engineering, automated data extraction, or load testing without written permission.
• No posting of malware, spam, hate speech, or content violating laws or intellectual property.
• Respect other learners and instructors; harassment or doxxing is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requests, fraud, or security risks.

• We will attempt to notify you of actions taken, unless legally restricted or risks would increase.
• Upon termination, your license to access paid content ends. Certain obligations survive (e.g., IP, payments).
• You may request data export of eligible personal information where required by law.

Courses are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind unless required by law.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted.
• Our total liability for claims related to paid content is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 6 months.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your country of residence unless local law requires otherwise.

• Disputes should first be raised with our support for an attempt at informal resolution.
• Where permitted, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in small claims court.
• Venue and language will be determined by applicable consumer law.
